Chef Casey Lane was so fun to work with and open to all kinds of ideas for the opening of his Viale dei Romani Italian-Mediterranean Restaurant. He wanted multiple woods and lots of variation in his serving bowls and small plates. We were able to utilize a full range of color and grain in all of his pieces.
